Nose bridge widening with age. Can this be lifted and what are my options? (photo)

A graft in that area will make it appear narrow. Also a brow lift makes a big difference by pulling every thing upwards. Sometimes botox can make this area appear wider. If you have been getting Botox, give it a break for a while and see what happens.

Thank you for your question and photo. When the nasal bones are too wide, they can cause the increased width near the eye region that you’re referring to. A surgical adjustment would be necessary to bring them closer together. Dermal fillers can sometimes be used to enhance the nose, but they will never make any area of the nose smaller or more narrow.
Please keep in mind that rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector or a facial plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to discuss your concerns with you and suggest the best course of action.

The nose should be assessed in relation to the whole face to determine the best plan. You would need more zoomed out photographs and from various angles to best evaluate the nose. Your best option would be seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns.

It is impossible to anwser you with such a picture. A close up picture of your face is must needed. Frontal and lateral one.

I would really need to see the rest of your face in multiple angles to better see what is going on but I suspect you would benefit from augmentation of your nasal dorsum (a graft that would sit on top of your nasal bones and push out the skin. Most commonly ear cartilage is used for this, but rib cartilage can be used as well. This would actually make the bridge of your nose look narrower when in actuality it is bigger. This might also be accomplished with a hyaluronic acid filler carefully injected into the midline of your nose, but then it would only be a temporary change.
