The radix is the area of the nose between the eyes - it's sort of the top of the nose. Your nose is low in this area and it is giving you a recessed area there.  We can lift that area up as part of a rhinoplasty which should provide a lot of balance.  Also, a small chin implant may also help to give you a very attractive appearance.

Base on your pictures, I would suggest you a rhinoplasty with the use if rib graft, so your nose bridge can be placed in a higher position, as well as narrowing and lengthening a little your nose tip.  As complimentary procedures, a chin augmentation using an implant, and buccal fat pad removal will add balance to your facial proportions.
