I had a rhinoplasty performed in 2017. Since then, I have had white tissue growing out of a spot in my nose (I’m guessing where the surgeon made incision). I usually pull it off at this point (see picture) because it looks like a booger if I don't, but it always grows back. Any clue what it could be?

This is fairly common, but lasting a year is uncommon. Perhaps there is another skin problem going on with your nose. Consider visiting a dermatologist if a professional facial is not curative. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
Hello.
Base on your pictures, I would suggest you a rhinoplasty with the use if rib graft, so your nose bridge can be placed in a higher position, as well as narrowing and lengthening a little your nose tip. As complimentary procedures, a chin augmentation using an implant, and buccal fat pad...
At what stage do you have a breathing problem? In which area does the narrowing occur? It is not possible to say anything definite without knowing the answers to these and similar questions. It would be a better choice to make a decision after the examination.
