I had a rhinoplasty performed in 2017. Since then, I have had white tissue growing out of a spot in my nose (I’m guessing where the surgeon made incision). I usually pull it off at this point (see picture) because it looks like a booger if I don't, but it always grows back. Any clue what it could be?

Answer: White tissue in nose It would be difficult to tell exactly what it is without an examination. Based on your photos, it appears to be thick, whitish drainage from the septum. The fact that it keeps coming and going suggests that it may be a cyst, which may have resulted from sutures or cartilage grafts if used. I would recommend seeing your surgeon for a full assessment and plan.

Answer: Spot in Nose Good Morning! It could be a cyst which is expressing material as it becomes enlarged. Removal of the cyst would be the treatment. A spitting suture or one nearby may be what it is. If so, removing the suture solves the problem. If the area is firm, like cartilage, it would need to be removed. I would seek consultation with your surgeon or another to evaluate what may be happening. Hope this is useful!
