Skin peeling off on my nose 1 year after rhinoplasty. Should I be worried about this?

I had rhinoplasty a year ago, my nose started to peel off immediately after my cast was removed and it's still peeling off. I tried peelings, pore strips(I was desperate), moisturizers... Is this something that I should be worried about or would it be better with time? Thanks!

At what stage do you have a breathing problem? In which area does the narrowing occur? It is not possible to say anything definite without knowing the answers to these and similar questions. It would be a better choice to make a decision after the examination.
