Skin peeling off on my nose 1 year after rhinoplasty. Should I be worried about this?

Peeling skin isn't uncommon immediately following rhinoplasty from skin distension due to anesthetic use and lack of exfoliation due to splint application. Your rhinoplasty surgeon should have a look at this, if it isn't rhinoplasty related, she/he can perhaps offer a diagnosis or send you to someone who can.
