My nose appears to be bulbous and a bit too much projected from the side even though I don’t have a hump. I’ve been wondering if anything could be done to make it less projected without actually changing the front because that would mess it up and make it more prominent. Plus, my skin appears to be thick, which is tricky. I just want it to be flat, less projected and soft all around. I’ll include both my picture and the ones of the nose I’d prefer.

You are a candidate for an open rhinoplasty to def-fat the tip, the cartilage made more prominent and the dorsal concavity needs to be corrected as well. This would take 2 hours to perform and costs $8,000.

A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases.
