This includes enhancing the projection of both the nasal bridge and the tip. To achieve a more aesthetically pleasing bridge, I recommend considering rib cartilage augmentation. This is something we frequently perform when working on patients with a bulbous tip. You can make your nose more refined with a rhinoplasty. This can remove the slight hump on the dorum, narrow the dorsum from the front view and refine the tip of the nose. The most important issue is the thick skin which is the downside of rhinoplasty as this cannot be fully corrected. It will teak 2-3 years to get your full result and you will likely need steroid injections to improve the shape of the tip. Good luck!

You have a very broad bony base as well as the cartilage of the tip is broad. You are a candidate for an open rhinoplasty to def-fat the tip, the cartilage made more prominent and the dorsal concavity needs to be corrected as well. This would take 2 hours to perform and costs $8,000.

A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases.
