I recently had a rhinoplasty about 6 months ago I am not noticing one nostril has either scar tissue or skin I’m not sure what this could be but it’s making it difficult to breath out of that side and I hate looking at the inside of my nose. Also noticing nostril getting wider.

If there is noisy nasal breathing, you should bring this to the attention of your surgeon, and visit him for an evaluation. Typically, people achieve their best nasal breathing around 3 to 4 months postoperative. Wishing you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
