In truth, you do not have to know anything about anatomy or plastic-surgical procedures to communicate your wishes: you can do what you have already done, which is to show your “wish” pictures to the surgeon during your consultation. In my many years of experience as a board certified plastic surgeon, I have found that communicating through photos is an excellent way to understand what patients desire. Of course, the nose is not made of clay and can’t just be modeled to exactly replicate another persons’ (depending on your anatomy), but understanding patients’ aesthetics based on their “wish” photos is always extremely helpful. But, in the spirit of helping to educate you and others, the techniques would be to file down your nasal bones into a straight line or very subtle slope, and the septal cartilage would be trimmed in line with the newly filed bones, then the tip cartilage would be trimmed and sewn to create more tip definition. I recommend consulting in person with a board certified plastic surgeon with decades of experience in rhinoplasty surgery.
