I had a reconstructive rhinoplasty with Dr. Raffi Der Sarkissian 20 years after my initial rhinoplasty and corrective procedure with another plastic surgeon. As a result of the initial rhinoplasty, the tip and side of my nose were collapsing and distorted. Dr. Der Sarkissian grafted cartilage from my septum to recreate and reinforce the tip of my nose. The results are amazing, better than I would have imagined. He has a wonderful eye for aesthetics and is an artist in his craft. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and would recommend Dr. Der Sarkissian as the best reconstructive rhinoplasty surgeon.

Had neck revision (initial surgery done elsewhere 9mos ago) with Dr. Der Sarkissian who's the most professional charismatic surgeon with "magical hands" - yes for real!! A true pleasure to have him as my doctor. Very down to earth and a true master of his craft. Can't say enough of how fortunate I am to an honest surgeon like himself take care of me with such grace.

I have been going to Dr. D for 20 years, mostly for fillers, however 3 months ago I elected to have upper eyelid surgery, and a brow lift, I am a male 61, he was amazing, has golden hands and does not do anything he does not agree to. The procedure was no worse going to a dentist, bruising yes, however I recovered quickly. And, I look 20 years younger.

Dr D is an artist! My face was transformed to real beauty. Yes, there was temporary bruising but I recovered quickly and never suffered. I have no scarring at all. It is Truly amazing to learn how differently people respond to a beautiful face. Dr D is an incredibly skilled facial plastic surgeon and a Very kind man.

Dr. Der Sarkissian is truly a magician! Quick story...I had rhinoplasty from another plastic surgeon 20 years ago, and was left with a terrible scar right down the middle of my nose. I was told that there was really nothing that could be done by several doctors, and spent so much time trying to conceal it. But then, I met Dr. D, and he said nope, I do not need to live with it any longer. I had a procedure called dermabrasion, and my scar is GONE!! Thank you Dr. D!!

I have been a dedicated client of Dr. D's for over 14 years. I had a facelife at age 60, with 3 subsequent revisions over the years to diminish skin laxity and jowls, the most recent in Feb., 2021. I see him regularly for Sculptra injections and occasionally for other fillers. I tried lip fillers 3 times and was very pleased with the results the first 2 times. A while after my 3rd injection I noted a small, raised line around the periphery of my lips, so I am now considering a lip lift to eliminate injections. Dr. D. Also removed an unsightly vericose vein just below my left eye years ago. Dr. D. Always strives for a natural look: you will never leave his office looking "overdone'" or "plastic". He is kind, considerate, very pleasant, and technically, extremely proficient. He is double boarded and has many years of experience in trauma and plastic surgery, including correcting errors other surgeons have made. He also spent a number of years performing volunteer work in underserved areas of the world. As a retired adult nurse practitioner, I trust no one else with my face.

I was referred to Dr D by a friend who had eye lid surgery and she had amazing results. I had several consultations before I decided to have the surgery and he never charged me or ever made me feel I was wasting his time. After the surgery I had bought these gel pads for bruising which caused an allergic reaction and my eyes to swell causing a stitch to pop and that eye never healed right. Dr D gave me several cortisone shots to try and correct it, and after several attempts he surgically repair it and never charged me anything. He also removed a skin tag and mole free of charge as well. He is the best and his work is amazing he took years off my face.

I was referred to Dr Der Sarkissian by a friend who had the same procedure. She looked great so I asked her about the experience. I had been researching doctors for awhile so I decided to have a consult with Dr Der Sarkissian. From the very beginning he was professional, personable, knowledgeable and humble. His bedside manner was wonderful from start to finish, which is important to me because I am a nurse and know what to look for. All I can say is WOW!! The results are incredible and I am only 8 weeks post procedure. I am extremely happy and grateful to have found Dr D and if anyone is thinking of doing this look no further.

Dr.D. is the best! I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for me. I am 52 years old and was a sun bum growing up and I was paying for it until I met Dr.D back in 2000.
