Thank you for providing images along with your question. Based on your photos, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty can narrow down and refine your nasal bridge, accentuate your nasal projection, and ultimately create a more delicate and feminine-looking nose. To better determine the appropriate surgical approach, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Your surgeon will evaluate your nose and facial profile, discuss with you your goals and expectations, explain the surgical plan (including risks and benefits), and ensure the best possible outcome.
Dear Jubilant272939 thank you for your question. In order to get the results you whish for I would suggest doing an open rhinoplasty. This procedure will allow to better define the tip of the nose, narrow the body of the nose and give adequate projection. As for the nasal alae a minimally invasive alarplasty can achieve excellent results with an almost invisible scar.
An alarplasty will improve the width and flare of the nostrils, but your tip and bridge can also be addressed during rhinoplasty surgery to maintain an attractive balance. Projecting the tip of your nose and making it slightly taller will make it appear smaller and more refined from the frontal view. The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. Consult with 2-3 of these surgeons in person and determine your comfort level with their approach, demeanor, and before and after results. Good luck! @drdonyoo @asianrhinoplasty
Based on these photos, you seem to be excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. This procedure should address your wide tip (refine, elevate, improve angle between lip and nose), narrow the entire nose, including nose base and flashy nostrils. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with known expertise in nose surgery is recommended. Good luck.
Hello @Jubilant272939 thank you for your question. In the subject of rhinoplasty what we seek is to achieve a natural result regardless of ethnicity. A natural result is not that it's going to look the same as your nose before surgery. A natural result is that the proportion and harmony of the parts that make up the nose tip, dorsum and nasal base are in accordance with the characteristics of your facial features. For example, a person with a wide face who has a wide nose, we have to modify it in such a way that it continues to be proportioned to that wide face. Many times in the street, we see men and women with very thin noses and absolutely large and prominent cheekbones, so that when it does not look harmonious. Best wishes!
Thank you for your question. This is Dr. Yoon Sukho, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Korea. From the photo, it seems that nose bridge with implant or not + tip of nose + alar reduction surgery is needed to get the desired nose shape. And through rhinoplasty, it will be possible to have a natural and sophisticated nose shape that fits well with the face.We hope that you will visit a doctor who has experience in nose surgery to receive examination and consultation, and find the best surgical method for a successful operation.
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note that you demonstrate a high nasal bridge and a relatively broad nasal base. There appears to be a lack of nasal tip support as well. A full rhinoplasty would lower and narrow the nasal bridge and a cartilage graft will add tip support....
Thank you for providing images along with your question. While your chin implant has given you very natural-looking results, it may not complement the rest of your features, such as your nose which has a noticeable dorsal hump. I highly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a...
I would say that this is a case where, performed correctly, an Alar Base Reduction will improve the symmetry of the nose. It's extremely difficult to achieve perfect symmetry with nostril surgery, however due to the different size and position of the right nostril, I believe the Alar Base...
