It is hard to tell from the photograph. It looks like the base of the nose is wide but that could be swelling. If you have a fracture and x-ray can show it. You need to see a physician as soon as possible.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
The nose, indeed, appears top be quite swollen. You need to wait for the swelling to subside, at least 2-4 weeks. Then, you should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your nose.
The only way to make a definitive diagnosis on the nasal fractures to obtain an x-ray of your nose within the first few weeks after the injury. In addition, an – person examination of the external and internal portion of the nose, looking for a deviated septum related to the fracture is necessary. Surgery is only performed if there's a deviated septum present, which is called a septoplasty. A rhinoplasty can be performed if the nose is crooked or blocking airflow once that all of the swelling has subsided.

Preferably within a few days of the injury.Best,Mats hagstrom, MD.
