Am I A good Candidate to have my nose bottom third narrowed? I hass rhinoplasty 7 years ago to remove bump. No infections or cartilage added and i healed nicely. My bridge is straight but front on my assymetery in the lower half is very obvious. Id like it narrower here. Is this a tip plasty i need. There is also some cartilage shifted (ulc) that makes the left side wider. Id just like a relatively symetrical nose that isnt chunky..what are my options please
