Tip plasty - am I a good candidate to have my nose narrowed? (Photo)

Important aesthetic ideal to contemplate before I get started: the tip should not be narrower than the bridge. A great many journeyman rhinoplasty surgeons create this look and it's an immediate billboard on the center of your face that says you've had a rhinoplasty (and not a good one).
Your tip today is roughly the same width as your bridge. Your tip can certainly be made more defined, and narrower, but I'd recommend you narrow your nasal bones as well to maintain nasal harmony. This will help with your mid vault asymmetry as well.
You also have excess columellar show on profile view, I would tuck that in and create a more graceful infra tip lobule (there should be a double break there).

Based on your photos, it appears that the tip can be made more refined, but you can't be guaranteed of that. It's important to see what your nose looked like before the first surgery. If your tip skin is real thick, then it may be harder to make much improvement. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation and make sure to bring photos of your nose from before your surgery.
