Am I developing inverted v deformity? Is my nose worth fixing? (Photo)

Inverted v should declare itself fairly quickly after rhinoplasty. It's caused by over-resecting the nasal bones, so not something that worsens with time.
You do have a flat bony nose relative to your cartilaginous (mid vault and tip) nose, and excess supratip fullness. I see this frequently in my revision rhinoplasty practice. Eliminating some of your supratip fullness would create a more natural profile and create tip definition.
That said, you're beautiful and it's a decent nose. Wouldn't recommend revision unless you found a revision specialist you love and this bothers you a great deal. Hope this is helpful!

An inverted V deformity is when somebody can see an upside down V on the bridge of the nose at the junction of cartilage and bone. This is not obvious in your photos and you appear to have a lovely result. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

I think you have a good result. I don’t see an inverted v but in person it may be more noticeable. I don’t think you need a revision

To answer your first question. You appear to have a slight inverted-V deformity. It certainly doesn't look bad or severe at all.
This leads to the second question - is it "worth fixing"?
That's a judgment call that only you can make.
If what you see truly troubles you, then the risk of a reoperation may be worth it for you. If you don't think about your nose very much, and you aren't upset or fixated on it, then the decision to risk further surgery, and possible untoward outcomes, may not be worth it to you.

Overall, from the pictures, your nose could benefit from some minor changes if your goal is to try and meet proportions closer to aesthetic "ideals." Having said that, I think your nose fits your facial features and is not a distracting feature.
