Am I developing inverted v deformity? Is my nose worth fixing? (Photo)

I posted before about developing an inverted V, or possible other deformities. I was told the pictures were not good, so I'm reposting with better pictures and hopes of more responses.. I am four years post rhinoplasty septoplasty, wondering if I am developing an inverted V, and if my nose looks worth fixing, or if I am being self critical

I think you have a good result. I don’t see an inverted v but in person it may be more noticeable. I don’t think you need a revision

An inverted V deformity is when somebody can see an upside down V on the bridge of the nose at the junction of cartilage and bone. This is not obvious in your photos and you appear to have a lovely result. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Your pictures do not show an inverted V deformity, and no revision surgery is needed. Best to leave well enough alone, since you have a nice result.

To answer your first question. You appear to have a slight inverted-V deformity. It certainly doesn't look bad or severe at all.
This leads to the second question - is it "worth fixing"?
That's a judgment call that only you can make. 
If what you see truly troubles you, then the risk of a reoperation may be worth it for you. If you don't think about your nose very much, and you aren't upset or fixated on it, then the decision to risk further surgery, and possible untoward outcomes, may not be worth it to you.

Overall, from the pictures, your nose could benefit from some minor changes if your goal is to try and meet proportions closer to aesthetic "ideals." Having said that, I think your nose fits your facial features and is not a distracting feature.

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure with generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
If you feel that your nose is changing over time that it would be Particularly important to see pictures showing change overtime.
When making an assessment for rhinoplasty surgery one of the first things plastic surgeons typically look for is the patience ability to describe accurately what they don’t like about their nose and what they’re hoping to change.
My best suggestion is you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with the surgeon who did your procedure.
If your nose bothers you enough that you’re willing to have revision surgery, then schedule in person second opinion, consultations coming prepared bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and a copy of your previous operative report.
These should all be available from your current providers office.
