Would like a more defined jawline and chin - Neck Lift, Chin Filler, Chin Implant, Face Lift, Lipo or Morpheus 8? (Photos)

Hello! 42 Year old, 150 lbs. Hoping for some suggestions on what procedure will help to create a more defined jawline and chin. I've always had a sloping chin but it has only gotten worse with age. I have heard many different recommendations so not sure which direction to go in. Thank you for your help!

I would recommend facelift/necklift with osseous genioplasty (advancing the chin bone). Another option would be facelift/necklift with a chin implant.

Getting an advanced lower face/neck lift under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort would be easy and make a huge improvement.  It would really give you a nice sharp jawline and trim neck without that slope.

The best way to approach a suitable (and beautiful) solution for yourself is as you are doing, collect information, but it is your task to curate the value of information you are receiving, and decide how each recommendation may apply to your situation.  There are two concurrent issues, a developmentally small lower jaw and weak chin along with age related gravitational settling of your soft tissues down over a more diminutive skeletal support system.  Among recommendations offered, your own risk tolerance, aesthetic preferences, and budget will help you further decide on a treatment.  My own belief is that at minimum, YES, a well done alloplastic chin augmentation will definitely help both weak chin and aging, but beyond that an expertly performed neck and lower face lift will produce dramatic benefit for you.
