I’m 36 year old female at 180 pounds and feel heaviness of neck , and dislike the fat and lack of jawline definition. I’m confused as to if I should get a chin implant With necklift or chin implant with lipo or something completely different . I don’t want to look m different from the front. Also should I combine with facelift for jowls and mini brow lift ?
Answer: Facial Rejuvenation Options Thank you for your questions and the photos! I think all of the treatments you discussed are certainly options and I think it comes down to how much you want to do to make the changes you want. I'll go through each option and talk about what I think you could achieve and any drawbacks. Chin implant. I don't think it would make a huge change on your frontal view, but definitely gives more definition on the profile, though this depends on the type and size of chin implant. This can sometimes help accentuate the jawline as it can make things look a bit sharper. Can be done with any of these procedures or in isolation. Submental liposuction. Will get rid of the fullness underneath your chin, but does not address excess skin or soft tissue descent. This will certainly improve the fullness, but does not tighten the area unless combined with some kind of neck/facelift or skin tightening device (ie renuvion or similar). Neck lift. I think of this as a more aggressive submental liposuction. Decreases fullness even further. However, this also doesn't tighten the skin or lift unless combined with some type of facelift/mini facelift incision. Facelift. I will amost always combine my neck lift with facelift to get the lifting of the soft tissues which really best addresses jowls, tightens the jawline, and addresses fullness of the neck. Downside is that this is the biggest surgery with the longest recovery and highest cost. But at the same time, I think adding this certainly gets the best results. Hope this helps and best of luck! Answer: Neck/chin improvement... Based on your photos, you should respond well to laser liposuction of the neck. Since your chin is a bit small, combining the liposuction with a small chin implant will help to define your neck better. You're probably a little young for a facelift at this point in time. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

Answer: Chin Liposuction and Thermitight Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia. Click on the video link below Regards Dr. Janjua

Answer: Chin implant, Neck lift, Liposuction - what would be the best option? From the photos and your description, a good surgeon will offer improvement regardless of your chosen treatment. There is rarely a "best" treatment other than what you yourself want for your face, neck, and body based on information available to you, your priorities, your budget, your intuition, and your life situation. Every treatment is associated with advantages and disadvantages you must sort through with your surgeon. Trim neck and improved jawline will be accomplished by chin implant with neck lipo or necklift. Although necklift is more thorough and durable, it is a more complex procedure and perhaps demands a more technically proficient surgeon.
