37 - trying to achieve a 90* angle to the anterior neck. Is an isolated neck lift not an option? (Photos)

I am booked in for neck and lower face lift with gland reduction. I am not sure I am ready for the visible scaring at 37. I have previously had liposuction which made no difference and I am trying to achieve a 90* angle to the anterior neck. Ive been told an isolated neck lift wont give me the results I am trying to achieve? Is an isolated necklift not an option?
