Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you would have a very good result with VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees. J-plasma or Renuvion might be needed, but that is a determination after an in person physical examination. You do not need a tummy tuck, let alone an extended one.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Your photos do not illustrate the need for an extended tummy tuck. A standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring could be considered which would repair your diastasis, as well as remove excess fat and skin, resulting in a flatter, tighter tummy. If you are not concerned with correcting the muscle separation you would have improvement with lipo360 and J Plasma. The result would not be as complete as with a tummy tuck, but it may be acceptable to you. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons near you to hear varying opinions and learn more about recommendations based on your surgical goals.
