I’m 5’2. 31 years old and had 2 children. Currently weight 142lbs due to recent weight gain. Usually, 135lbs. I love my body just want it sculpted and not exaggerated. Please advise. I feel lipo360 and Jplasma May be enough. *Eval was not done in person.

You do not need a tummy tuck, let alone an extended one.

Although I do not think you would need an extended tummy tuck, the best procedure for your stomach will depend on a thorough discussion of your goals - liposuction alone or in conjunction with a tummy tuck.

A standard tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring could be considered which would repair your diastasis, as well as remove excess fat and skin, resulting in a flatter, tighter tummy. If you are not concerned with correcting the muscle separation you would have improvement with lipo360 and J Plasma. The result would not be as complete as with a tummy tuck, but it may be acceptable to you. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons near you to hear varying opinions and learn more about recommendations based on your surgical goals.
