Hi I’m 9 months post op full tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo I’m 56 years old and pretty fit my question is although my TT looks amazing I still have several episodes of tightness that only thing that helps is to wear my binder again this happens often, I’ll go few weeks with maybe once this happens then I’ll have a week of tightness Is this normal thank you

Having a wedge pillow to help support your back so that you can sleep in a semi flexed position will be very helpful after a full tummy tuck.
