Are my breast implants still sitting too high after 9 months?

If you feel you are not being listened to or you are doubting your doctor’s recommendations, then it is certainly within your rights to seek a second opinion and get the advice from another board certified physician. Your overall breast implant position looks good. There is a slight amount of superior pole fullness however this gradually will decrease overtime from gravity and tissue relaxation. You will need to consider the risk/benefit ratio of having a revision to slightly lower your implants. If they ended up anywhere except exactly where you wanted them, you may be having another operation to correct that. Best wishes.
