Hi there, I got my implants over 9 months ago and feel like they are still sitting a bit higher than I would like. I am not 100% happy with my profile with them but am ok with them head on. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

Answer: Concern with implant position. Your overall breast implant position looks good. There is a slight amount of superior pole fullness however this gradually will decrease overtime from gravity and tissue relaxation. You will need to consider the risk/benefit ratio of having a revision to slightly lower your implants. If they ended up anywhere except exactly where you wanted them, you may be having another operation to correct that. Best wishes.

Answer: 9 months after a breast augmentation I think you will likely be fine with your profile in another 6 months as things continue to settle and the distribution of the implant volume becomes centered under your nipple. You are getting close to a 50/50 relationship, probably a 60/40 now with 60% of the implant in the upper pole but in time that should decrease to 50%. I wouldn't do anything in terms of wearing a band but just let them settle with time.
