Are my breast implants still sitting too high after 9 months?

Its difficult to say whether or not there is capsular contracture based on the photo usually this can occur and prevent the implant from dropping. if you like this look and it is not causing any pain then there is nothing wrong with where they are sitting and often times patients wished they stayed up high and perky. Your overall breast implant position looks good. There is a slight amount of superior pole fullness however this gradually will decrease overtime from gravity and tissue relaxation. You will need to consider the risk/benefit ratio of having a revision to slightly lower your implants. If they ended up anywhere except exactly where you wanted them, you may be having another operation to correct that. Best wishes.

Thanks for your inquiry and excellent pictures. Some patients desire the higher look you have, but if you would like your implants to sit al little lower, ask your surgeon about wearing a bandeau and a massage protocol, good luck.

Typically I tell my patients that implant settlement can take anywhere from 6-9 months to settle completely. I recommend continuing with massage and following up with your surgeon to discuss. You have the upper pole fullness that most women desire with implants. They could be dropped surgically or switched to smaller implants but I think they look great

Although difficult to be certain in photos, it appears that at least one implant is sitting too high. Physical examination would clarify this. You should return to your surgeon and discuss this to get his/her perspective. If they can be improved, and you don't have capsular contracture, perhaps a carefully performed capsulotomy can help.

Your implants are not sitting too high, but are a bit large for your frame so you have upper fullness. If you want something more natural, go smaller.
