Hello, hope you are well. The result from your subnasal lip lift is good, but there is room for improvement exactly as you suggest. I would recommend a corner lip lift to address the corners of the mouth. This is a very straightforward procedure that can be done under local anesthesia. In experienced hands, you will have a very beautiful and natural result. I strongly advise against a revision of the subnasal lift--you should not shorten your philtrum any further, and you have a favorable scar that is best left alone.

You would be an excellent candidate for a medialized corner lip lift (a simple corner lip lift only lift the corners but not the sides of the upper lip).

The lip lift you have had raised the central part of your upper lip, but not the outer corners. If you try to lift the outer corners, you're gonna have visible scars present.
