I have a long philtrum and my top lip has a bit of thickness however it’s only shown when I smile. When I have my resting face there’s no thickness whatsoever. My philtrum has some depth and is quite thick, so when I push down on it gently my lip looks much thicker and is pushed outwards instead of inwards. I haven’t seen people with my situation so I’m pretty stuck and just want some more thickness.

Answer: 3D upper lip lift/medialized corner lip lift
You would be an excellent candidate for a 3D upper lip lift (an enhanced version of the traditional lip lift), as well as a medialized corner lip lift (the only procedure capable of lifting the sides of your upper lip).

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would be a good candidate for a lip lift.
