Am I a good candidate for a lip lift? (Photo)

Question

I’ve been considering a lip lift for quite a long time now, but I still have little bit of reservations since I don’t know how it would end up looking on me. My smile is quite closed, like me upper teeth arent very visible when I smile. I’d like my smile to be bigger like Margot Robbie,,. I thought maybe a lip lift might fix that a little bit but I’m scared my lips would end up looking unnaturally too close to my nose. Any way I could send a picture to an expert and receive advice? Thx!

I think you could handle a gentle lip lift, although I would also want to see how your lip rests against your teeth when you are not smiling. Although I would check on what appears to be cheilitis first as you don't want your surgery to heal poorly. Good luck!

You would be an excellent candidate for a 3D upper lip lift (an enhanced version of the traditional lip lift), as well as a medialized corner lip lift (the only procedure capable of lifting the sides of your upper lip).

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.  You would be a good candidate for a lip lift.
