What will help fix my lip asymmetry? Canted smile/canted lips (Photos)

Question

Teeth and lips are at a diagonal. Can’t achieve perfect symmetry but would like some opinions. Thinking to get composite bonding on teeth to even them out, but lips still crooked when not smiling. Will injections alone fix or do I need a lip lift?

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.  You would be a good candidate for a lip lift.

Based on your pictures, it looks like you would benefit from a 3D lip lift (the best version of a lip lift in term of scarring, outcome and longevity) and a medialized corner lip lift (which is the only procedure that can elevate the corners of the mouth and is as important as a lip lift) to fix the asymmetry.
