Dermal fillers are an excellent solution for adding volume and sculpting facial features, but they wouldn’t reduce the “baby face” appearance you’re referring to. Botox may be a better option, as it can slenderize the jawline to provide a slimming effect to the lower third portion of the face.

You would benefit from conservative jawline and cheek fillers in order to sculpt the mid and lower face. These would not be used for volume, but rather to help delineate contour.

It is possible -in good hands- to shape and contour your face with fillers and Botox if you don’t want to undergo surgery. It is also possible to inject dermal fillers in certains areas to make your upper lip linelook less prominent.
