At least from the photos provided, there appears to be under-eye hollows and volume deficit in the cheeks, as well as smile lines and incipient marionette lines (downturning) at the corners of the mouth. In most active cosmetic dermatology practices, these issues are addressed practically every day with the use of HA fillers. Since the upper cheeks provide the major support to the under-eyes, volume deficit (as appears to be the case here) in that region inevitably gives rise to under eye hollows and tear trough formation in addition, of course to flattening and lack of projections of the cheeks (i.e. loss of the more ideal oval, heart-shaped face). It is also a major contributor to the development of the nasolabial smile lines. The use of an appropriately robust HA filler for the cheeks can not only contour more oval cheeks, but secondarily improve both the under-eyes and smile lines, and very often even the incipient marionette lines. You would be wise to make certain to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps.
