How can I make my eyes less prominent from below? (Photo)

Question

I have a prominent brow ridge. However, for some reason, from below, my eyes look too prominent. I especially do not like the prominence of the lower eyelid, which seems to be visibly wrapping around the protruding eyeball. I am interested in the procedures which could help me make my lower eyelid less prominent, in the sagittal plane. I do not like the bug-eye look of my lower eyelids. Can the filler be used to help this? If so, how much filler?

I think you would benefit most from a lower blepharoplasty (surgery of the lower eyelid).

A lower blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that addresses the removal and/or repositioning of the fat beneath the eyes, and, if required, the tightening or removal of any excess skin around the lower eyelids.

Filler can be used to help soften the depth under the eye and make the area more uniform to the rest of the face.  The treatment is done in the office and the results last about a year.  I've included a video on under eye filler that I hope you find helpful.
