Looking to balance my face, I have very asymmetrical eyes, and I think cheekbones, it bothers me a lot. 23 / Male, want to enhance my face and have been told fillers could do that. Want to fix my dark circles, my uneven eyes and make my jawline / chin more prominent ideally. Also the bone near my eye seems to be uneven on one side
Answer: How you may benefit from dermal fillers Thank you for your question and photos. Dermal fillers are an excellent option for rejuvenating your appearance. These hyaluronic acid formulas can improve your chin and jawline definition while enhancing your facial symmetry. Fillers can also reduce the appearance of dark circles by filling in hollow areas and creating a smooth transition between the eyelid and cheek. Administering dermal filler is not as complex as surgery, but still requires skill and precision to achieve the best possible results. Using a micro-cannula to inject the under-eye area can minimize bruising and swelling while ensuring the smoothest outcome I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. They will be able to discuss your aesthetic goals with you to help you decide on the best course of action.

Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined Always use at home derma rolling (see link to Emerageskin x anteageMD roller plus stem cells/hyaluronic acid ampules) and peels like emeragecosmetics enlighten or aerify that can be used to improve skin quality and tighten the skin while improving wrinkles, pigmentation, acne, and Melasma. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fillers It appears from your photos and statement of your goals that you are a good candidate for fillers. They can add volume and help to define facial contours. Different fillers are designed to enhance certain areas of the face. We all have asymmetry to some degree, but fillers can help bring better balance. I encourage you to meet with an expert injector near you to learn more.

Answer: Dermal Filler Hi @J_J_! Fillers provide structural support and plumpness restoring a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance. The upper cheek is a major support for the under eyes. So when there is volume loss there, not only do the cheeks reflect this, but the under eye can as well with the development of tear trough and under eye hollows. Addressing the volume deficit in the cheeks with the use of a volumizing hyaluronic acid filler would be a reasonable place to begin. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Answer: Blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer Hello ! Based on the pictures you provided, it looks like you could benefit from filler injections (non permanent or semi-permanent like Renuva, which can last 10 years or more). Facial fat transfer is possible too, if you want more permanent, natural results and if you have some fat deposits that can be harvested from your body. Concerning your eyes, the most effective procedure would be a transconjunctival blepharoplasty - with fat graft. It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon expert and experienced in aesthetics for the best results. Of course, an “in person” exam is necessary. I hope this helps, Best of luck !
