If you are thin and athletic, you may not have much fat, if any, to transfer. Plus, if you are athletic, you may lose this fat fairly quickly. If you have loose skin, consider minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment like Renuvion to tighten the skin. Photos would have been very helpful.

There’s no technical reason why you can’t graft fat to the inner thigh.
In order for this to be a realistic treatment option someone has to have plenty of subcutaneous fat to harvest from other areas.
Areas overt treated with previous Liposuction are also going to be Lacking in sufficient host tissue to support the grafted fat bleeding to poor fat, graft survival.Correcting poorly done, Liposuction is inherently very difficult, and the best most patients can hope for is a partial improvement.
