Great question? Because of your beard, I cannot see your neck below your jawline because of your beard. I also cannot see neck skin to see whether you have elastic skin or lax skin or extra skin that requires repositioning, that is, surgery. You would need in person assessment to see if you are a neck/jowl liposuction candidate. Neck/jowl liposuction is a great option for debulking the submental/jawline and jowl area and creating a tighter more chiseled look.

Hello; since there are beards on photos; skin and oiliness cannot be seen. However, the cervicomental angle can be seen as widen. For someone, who is 36 years old and has no sagging skin; necklifting procedure is a very radical decision. It is impossible to make a good evaluation in this regard. Liposuction can help to a certain degree but if indicated, neck lift is a safer option and provides more control. Hope this helps.

if it seems like there is a fatty pad or excess in this area then liposuction could be sufficient but my guess is that neck lift is more likely to sharpen the cervicomental angle in the way that you hope for.

At your age, I would suggest liposuction with minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion or FaceTight for improving contour. I do not recommend at facelift at your age.
