I would recommend liposuction and after surgery you would need to wear a compression garment for several months. If the excess skin starts to hang then you may need posterior excision of the loose skin.

Once you are at least 6 months out from the delivery and have stopped breast feeding, you can have liposuction in those areas. I think you would do very well. Congratulations on your new baby!

You will want to wait until you are at least six months postpartum before considering surgery in order to allow your body to recover from pregnancy.
