I would recommend liposuction and after surgery you would need to wear a compression garment for several months. If the excess skin starts to hang then you may need posterior excision of the loose skin.

Once you are at least 6 months out from the delivery and have stopped breast feeding, you can have liposuction in those areas. I think you would do very well. Congratulations on your new baby!
