I'm a 32 year old male and my face has always been on the rounder side, with the roundness becoming more prominent as I've gotten older and gained more weight. My goal is to achieve a masculine, more defined facial profile, which led me to three specific procedures: buccal fat removal, chin liposuction and chin augmentation through either a chin implant or sliding genioplaty. Between the two, which one would be ideal for me? Also, am I good candidate for buccal fat removal as well?

I don't see that you need much of a chin implant though we could do it. I'd focus on energy liposuction of the lower neck or a deep neck lift, along with buccal fat removal. That should help to make your face seem more chiseled!

Based on these photos, chin augmentation with implant or genioplasty is something you need to. I do not think that there should be a difference in the final result regardless of the technique. This should be combined with either aggressive liposuction or anterior neck lift to create jawline and neck angle balance. Which of these two procedure would be more beneficial can be decided only on the basis of in person evaluation. Good luck.
