Jaw and chin concerns - Would Genioplasty solve my problem? (Photos)

Hello! I have had issues with my jaw and chin for a while and have gotten to the point where I feel I need to get surgery to feel happy with my looks. I have previously gotten some fat transfer from under my chin to my chin, but it was definitely not enough. My jaw looks like it ends BELOW my chin pouch and it causes wrinkling in my chin even I close my mouth, relaxed. It also makes my profiles look really bad and my face long. I don't necessarily have any breathing problems (maybe I mouth breathe a lot) nor sleep problems, so this would be primarily aesthetic. I don't want a super strenuous surgery and I've heard sliding genioplastys are a little better in terms of recovery. I would love any advice!
