Should I get a genioplasty for recessed chin? (Photos)

I have always been insecure about my lower lip and recessed chin, disliked my profile as long as I can remember. I saw 4 drs 1 plastic surgeon and 3 other maxillofacial surgeons , all recommended a genioplasty 5mm horizontal advancement only. I have no bite issues. Last pic is a simulation done by chatgpt by myself.

It is very difficult to give advise about facial harmony without actually seeing the entire face, profiles, etc. based on this photo you seem to have actually small chin; chin augmentation should be discussed with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
