Can the depressor septi muscle be reattached so my nose can pull down when I smile again?

I believe my surgeon cut my depressor septi muscle without telling me. My nose pulled down when I smiled and I loved that. I told my surgeon this and even had a photo of Paris Hilton as a reference because I liked lower angle nose tips. My tip now is pretty high and it doesn't move or have any animation. It's just this frozen thing on my face. Can this be reversed? Can I get my nose to pull down again? My smile is so different too. I have 30% less teeth show. So devestated
