Hello Ms. Sanna! First of all thank you for your question.Usually a revision rhinoplasty can be done at earliest at 6 months post-op (depending on your case).Anyway, the ideal gap between 2 rhinoplasty surgeries is 1 year.

We suggest a minimum of 1 year before doing revision rhinoplasty. In same cases it is better to wait longer until result matures and patient and surgeon know exactly what is going on; swelling and scarring can significantly affect presented deformity. Hope this helps. Good luck.
