Is my nose over projected? Should I get a revion to reduce the tip? And can I have the reduced without lower the bridge any further? And can I reduce the size of the nostrils too? I had my first rhinoplasty 6 months ago and I have oily, thick skin. I know the tip is still swelling be I'm afraid it won't shrink that much, please help.

Answer: You may have a long nasal appearance, not an overprojected one.

Hello !
It is possible to perform a revision tip plasty. Of course, consult with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in revision rhinoplasties.
