I'm a 36D (deflated), 5'3 140lbs. Should I go with subfacial SSF or SRF implants with a lift? (photos)

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

It doesn’t matter if it’s subfascial or submuscular. It will work well either way. I don’t belyeve that subfascial is even a real thing. I’ve seen the muscle fascia of the pectoralis muscle. It’s so thin that it’s virtually nonexistent

You are not supporting the weight of your implants now, so I would not go larger. Also, your breasts naturally sit low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised. You will never have high sitting breasts. Mesh as an internal bra can be very helpful to tighten your lower pockets and help support the weight of the implants. Don't go larger.
