Currently, I'm a 36D (deflated), 5'3 140lbs. I'd like to go full upper pole, and I don't really care for a natural look. I can't figure out if it even makes a difference if I go subfacial with SSF or SRF implants since I have a lot of breast tissue and even with a lift which may put me at a C cup. I'm looking to do the maximum size I can place OTM 400-450 to achieve my desired look. I'll be getting lipo 360 to help the cause. Please advise, thank you!
