I had a lower face and neck lift over 3 months ago. Before the procedure I had a lot of fat on my cheek bones and my face was heart shaped. After the procedure, it seems that half the fat is missing from my upper cheekbones and my lower face is much wider causing a more rectangular shape that I’ve never had before and really don’t like. Wondering if anyone can explain why this would happen and if it’s fixable?
