I strongly recommend you contact Dr. Ryu. He gave me a complete extended deep-plane facelift, deep neck lift, lower eyes, forehead lift, and fat grafting. All done in one day. He also used stem cell injections which I strong recommend, and is not available in the U.S. at all. I am convinced it accelerated my recovery time.

His deep plane facelift provides much more correction than a normal one, and will last significantly longer. Though a much more extreme procedure, his technique allowed for minimal bruising and amazingly fast recovery! Look at me after one week! Minor bruising and only some swelling. I was out of my compression bandage after three days. I also had very little pain. As an aside, thanks to my necklift, my sleep apnea is pretty much cured! That was an unexpected benefit.

The aftercare was incredible. I challenge anyone to show me one clinic that would do all this in the U.S. Every day for two weeks post-surgery, I received hyperbaric treatments, detailed checking of sutures, light therapy, prompt suture removal when healed, and constant attention and endless patience with my many questions. I want to stress that this is a boutique clinic. Many of the big Korean clinics are basically factories and work on volume. This place is all about top quality results and individual service. They might be a little more expensive, but it is really worth it.

Some of you may wonder about the language and cultural barrier. Please do not worry about this clinic. Prior to surgery, a consultant corresponded with me for some weeks, answering all my questions with incredible patience and precision. Post surgery, the lady (literally) at my side at all times was actually a Korean from the US. She spoke perfect English, was incredibly caring and attentive, made absolutely sure my questions were answered, and that I knew what was going on. After a disappointing experience with my first non-incisional double eyelid surgery, I decided to consult with Dr. Ryu from RNWOOD Plastic Surgery. I am turning 70 this year.

I was concerned about my sagging face with severe nasolabial folds. I heard from a friend who got a procedure done by Dr. Ryu. Through her I heard about his amazing skills in face lifting and his plastic surgery clinic, RN Wood in Gangnam, South Korea.
I booked my flight and went to his clinic in Gangnam to get a consultation. While waiting at the clinic, they even had snacks and drinks available for patients. Dr.Ryu and his team at the clinic were very welcoming and spoke English so I had no problem telling them my concerns. During consultation, I told him my concerns and he recommended that I get a face and neck lift, endoscopic forehead lift, and fat injection in my maxilar, nasolabial folds, and my chin to get the look that I wanted. He explained everything very clearly and assured me that it would not be painful. After consulting with Dr.Ryu, I immediately booked for my surgery. I had a successful surgery! I felt no pain on my face but did feel some numbness on my forehead probably from the endodine. But overall I had minimal swelling! After the surgery, I was able to lay in the recovery room for a few hours while I woke up from anesthesia. They even put the bed heaters on to make it warm and comfortable for me. Dr. Ryu and his staff took great care of me and made sure I got a taxi back safely back to my hotel.
The next day they washed and dried my hair and provided heelight and hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help with the swelling and heal more quickly.
After this, Dr.Ryu took a look at my sutures and they sanitized it for me! Mostly the procedure was pain free and everyone was very kind.
