Deep plane facelift & canthopexy - worried I won't be able to have any lifting due to facial implants?

drs. i am a male who has multiple implants for male enhancement. silicone temporal implants jaw chin cheeks forehead and brow bone. all titanium. ive been rejected by eye drs for almond eye surgery as my forehead sits over the "frontal zygomatic suture". i wanted endoscopic "bella eyes" but my silicone temporal implants are in the way. and now im worried i wont be able to have any lifting as i get older due to the implants. can someone assist ?
