I had a deep plane facelift about 6 months ago. 2 months after the procedure during a follow up I let the Dr know I was feeling something under my skin that was causing inflammation and he told me he had used permanent sutures. I was surprised since I told him several times that I had several autoimmune issues. He became very irritated by this discussion and it doesn’t seem like there’s much I can do about it now. My question is, is there actually anything I can do about this? Can it be removed?
