A cool sculpting procedure done to my abdomen 8 years ago didn't work very well. I want to have a breast fat transfer after explant and I would really love to use the super stubborn fat from my upper abdomen but don't know if fat from this area can be used because of the previous coolsculpting procedure. It's been a really long time so it wouldn't be still in a transition phase.

Answer: Can fat be harvested from an area that had coolsculpting done 8 years ago and used for a breast fat transfer?
The amount of time you need to wait before having a fat transfer to the breasts after a breast augmentation with implants can vary depending on the specific circumstances of your surgery and your individual healing process.
In general, it's important to wait until your breast implants have fully...
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do at this point but wait out the final result which typically takes at least 6 months. At 1 month, your breasts are still in the most intense phase of managing swelling, inflammation, and fat graft evolution.
Once that fat has completely healed at about 6 months, then mammograms and other activity should not be a concern, and your added fat will act like the natural fat in your breast.
