Hi, I'm 5'5" and 122 lbs with a bmi ~ 120.8. I have exagerated hit dips and am very straight. No matter how much I work out I can't seem to effect my waist size or to fill out my hips dips to the degree that I want. I tried sculptra to my left hip dip. 4 vials the first time and then 8 vials 6 weeks later. It did not add volume the way I was hoping. Would a liposuction and a fat transfer work better and is that possible with my figure? Thank you in advance

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Malinasos, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks and hips should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Hip dips Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photos, I believe you are a good candidate for fat grafting to your hip depressions to improve projection and contour. The success of the procedure will depend on how much fat you have to donate and this can only be confirmed in person by a board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps.
