Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
Thanks for your question. When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior. Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. The amount of fat transferred depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires. Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations. Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
I think you would be a great candidate for bbl. you appear to have enough fat to contour your waistline , especially your love handle area, to graft the buttocks . It would be a beautiful change to your frame .
Based on the photos, it looks like you're a great candidate for a BBL. It appears that you have enough fat to obtain a good result with fat transfer. It's hard to say how much fat can be injected into the buttocks because the amount depends on how much fat you have and also how the fat is isolated. 2000 cc's of fat with one doctor may achieve the same result as 1000 cc's of fat with another doctor because one doctor may have more "watery" fat while the other has pure fat. The volume injected can be very deceiving.
Dear miriam.rubio2,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth. I have liposuctioned models and thin patients with good results. I routinely transfer 2000 cc per buttock, but I would need additional photos via Skype or an in-office consultation to verify the number of cc's available for your BBL.Fat can be taken from many different areas of the body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, thighs, arms, underarms, flanks, lower back, upper back. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. Creative liposuction with fat transfer to the hips can make hips appear lifted, and rounder. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
Thank you for your photo. You appear to be an excellent candidate for a BBL as a thin patient. The actual art of sculpting is dependent on your surgeon and his/her skills. I highly recommend that you seek a surgeon who is experienced in performing hundreds of these procedures, has the photos and reviews to show you the results you are looking for in a minimal scar approach.
High definition VASER liposuction allows efficient fat harvesting from minimal areas. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
From your initial numbers alone I was going to guess that it may be challenging to get enough fat for an ideal at BBL it. Based on your pictures I think you’re the quintessential a perfect candidate for this procedure. Do you have enough fat for the ideal BBL whether all the fat is grafted or notYou’re young, you have tight skin and slightly excessive amounts of fat in undesirable areas.well done BBL will serve you well and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the results as long as you find a provider who can deliver.I believe 2000 mL of fat can be harvested without too much difficulty’s. I question if grafting 1000 mL of fat per side would look natural or appealing on your frame. Trying to create the illusion of a curved skeletal structure by stacking excessive amounts of fat on the buttocks starts looking like what it is after a while. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. Take a look at their pictures and see which ones are appealing to you. It’s important to judge said to transfer results a minimum of three months but preferably six months after the procedure.Early results are meaningless because they do not represent final results whatsoever.anyone showing results earlier than three months should be discredit it as borderline unethical.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
Hello, thank you for your question. You will benefit from a BBL revision. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time should be about the same a...
Thank you for your question. It seems like you are a good candidate for BBL. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks and hips to ensure optim...
