Thanks for your question. Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more. The amount of fat transferred depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires. Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation SpecialistThere is honestly no right or exact answer to your questions simply because 2400 CC's can look completely different on each individual body.Based off your photos you would be a great candidate for a BBL which would consist of lipo 360 and a fat transfer to your hips/butt giving you more of an hourglass figure. I would definitely recommend doing an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and who can suggest what is needed. I hope that helps! Best of Luck! Matthew J. Nykiel MD
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
This is kind of a silly question and I hope you know that. There is no number that equals "big." That is like saying what car length is considered "big." It is a matter of personal opinion, anatomy, etc. With a BBL procedure, the best thing you can do is choose a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as this is the most risky procedure that we do.Good luck!Dallas R. Thank you for your question. There is no correct answer. Many factors influence your final results: height, weight, body shape, starting size of your butt, and your goals. 1200 cc on each side should give you a significant improvement. Make sure you go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
I have found that 1200 cc is a very good amount for many women, but this depends upon your body size and your goals. On some of my patients, they want 2000 cc per buttock.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.
Considering that only "safe" area for fat injection is between skin and buttock muscles (subcutaneous) I would consider this volume to be very large. Volume of fat grafts needed to achieve desired result will significantly depend of the size and shape of patient body as well as how much subcutaneous space can be expanded with fat grafting. It is not always possible to place unlimited volume of fat to buttocks and achieve any size and shape patient desires in one surgery. In some cases multiple treatments (2-3) of fat grafting may be needed to achieve desired result.
Dear aliciahunt10,every body is different. In some cases 1200 cc will be a huge amount, in others it won't. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD
Hello, thanks for your question and photos. As you may know, it's not possible to have a straightforward answer without an in-person examination. The indicated volume depends on your goals, body size, health condition, weight, and many other considerations. As a general rule, you can say that 1200 cc. of fat is the proper choice for a successful butt augmentation. Remember to consult a board-certified surgeon in your area for the best advice.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. The amount of cc's should be determined at a in-person consultation, but based on your photos, 1200 cc should give you good results. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
