Hello, thank you for your question.You will benefit from a BBL revision. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time should be about the same as the first. This will require much more skill than one may imagine to correct shape and excess at the same time without creating droop of the skin envelope.Schedule an email, Skype, or in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, that has hundreds of before and after photos posted on his/her website along with favorable patient reviews.

I am sorry to say, but I think you got exactly what you signed up for. You started out with a very natural, and some would say, ideal buttock shape and size. However, you wanted things to get better and as I often say, "The enemy of good is better." I would suppose that then you went and saw a surgeon who is either not properly trained or maybe even went overseas for surgery and ended up getting exactly what you paid for which is a poor result that you do not like. The hard part about this is that these problems can be very hard to fix and you will likely never get back to what you started with. Even a liposuction procedure to remove the grafted fat is likely going to result in excess and baggy skin in that area. Any other surgical options are likely going to have a downside or trade-off that you are going to have to be willing to accept. This time around, make sure you find the right person to embark on this revision. And a word of advice, if the revision is cheap or you have to fly overseas to get it, you have not found the right person. Hope this helps!Dallas R. Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. There is a lack of smooth transition from your buttocks to posterior thigh. I believe your posterior thigh has been over-suctioned. You will likely benefit from revision BBL, and fat grafting to lateral hip area to correct the contour irregularity. Based on your before pictures I wonder why did you need buttock shaping/augmentation? Revision by means of liposuction and fat grafting of selected areas may be very challenging in your case and I would advice you to look for a true expert in this field to avoid further disappointments. Consultation with at least two board certified plastic surgeons with excellent reputation in body contouring surgery is recommended.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a revision surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You had near perfect buttock aesthetics pre-op but hindsight is 20/20.  I see a lot of diaper buttocks from certain areas of the SE US and nearby islands that are cosmetic surgery destinations.  It happens when too much fat is dumped into the lower pole and creates a bottom heavy look.  Its a tough problem to fix and has to handled with care.  I would re-suction your torso and feather more fat into the upper pole.

Yes you may need a revision. You appear to have an "Ant" deformity. The thigh and buttock should be treated as a unit. It important to not only go to a plastic surgeon, but one that has been adequately trained in BBL and the latest techniques.

The problem you have in the transition between the thigh and the hips seems to be a consistent problem for all the revisions that I do.  I believe the goal for natural look is following the original shape of the body and creating a smooth curve.  So far in my hands I've been able to improve this transition area.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for BBL revision, and I think you'll get very good results. 
With liposuction and fat transfer, your hips and buttocks can be improved, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
