Hello, thank you for your question.You will benefit from a BBL revision. The revision implies that there is less fat than the first time, and scar tissue will make the surgery much more difficult on the surgeon. The percentage of fat survival in the BBL the second time should be about the same as the first. This will require much more skill than one may imagine to correct shape and excess at the same time without creating droop of the skin envelope.Schedule an email, Skype, or in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, that has hundreds of before and after photos posted on his/her website along with favorable patient reviews.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I am sorry to say, but I think you got exactly what you signed up for. You started out with a very natural, and some would say, ideal buttock shape and size. However, you wanted things to get better and as I often say, "The enemy of good is better." I would suppose that then you went and saw a surgeon who is either not properly trained or maybe even went overseas for surgery and ended up getting exactly what you paid for which is a poor result that you do not like. The hard part about this is that these problems can be very hard to fix and you will likely never get back to what you started with. Even a liposuction procedure to remove the grafted fat is likely going to result in excess and baggy skin in that area. Any other surgical options are likely going to have a downside or trade-off that you are going to have to be willing to accept. This time around, make sure you find the right person to embark on this revision. And a word of advice, if the revision is cheap or you have to fly overseas to get it, you have not found the right person. Hope this helps!Dallas R. Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. There is a lack of smooth transition from your buttocks to posterior thigh. I believe your posterior thigh has been over-suctioned. You will likely benefit from revision BBL, and fat grafting to lateral hip area to correct the contour irregularity.
