I do not believe that sleeping on your cheek will make Voluma last a shorter period of time. You should be able to sleep in the position of your choice without it affecting your results.

Thank you for this (Not Silly) Question.Voluma is not affected by sleep positions. Immediately after treatment most of the changes you see and feel are due to swelling and extra liquid volume injected with the Voluma.Feel better ... and Sleep well!
