Can Voluma fix hollow cheeks? (photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Because on your limited picture it appears that you would benefit from whole face volume replacement I would have you consider Sculptra use over the next several months to achieve a subtle, albeit noticeable improvement with time.  Sculptra works best over the hollows of the cheek while HA fillers like Voluma work better over bone surfaces like the cheeks, temples, and jawline.  Hope this helps.

Congratulations on your pregnancy.  You can absolutely use Voluma to help volumize your cheeks and midface, since it is both safe and long lasting when used in this area.  The downside to Voluma however is that it is temporary and would require additional treatments to maintain its result.  Also, looking at your photo, you have pretty significant volume loss throughout your midface.  This would require multiple syringes of Voluma.  Depending on your desired enhancement, fat transfer may be a more permanent, cost effective alternative.  This would entail harvesting fat from either your abdomen or thighs and injecting that fat into your cheeks.  I would recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss both treatments and what may be best suited for you.  Good luck.
