How can one achieve the very tight ponytail effect?

petrap123
what procedure can be done to get that really tight ponytail effect? The cheekbones, the eyes, the whole face looks so much better.I'm young so definitely don't need a facelift, what about the endoscopic lift, would that be effective? I appreciate all your answers.
