what procedure can be done to get that really tight ponytail effect? The cheekbones,the eyes,the whole face looks so much better.I'm young so definitely don't need a facelift, what about the endoscopic lift, would that be effective? I appreciate all your answers.
Answer: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there are no pictures. I was one of the pioneers for endoscopic brow and cheek lift. Small incisions are made in the scalp. A TV camera the size of a bic pen is inserted. Surgery is performed while watching a flat screen TV. I call it a video game. Surgery takes under an hour. Post operative pain typically is minimal. If for instance highlighting the cheek/cheekbone area seems to give you a substantial benefit, the correction could be limited to a liquid cheekbone enhancement with a filler like Radiesse or a cheek implant plus filling if needed a hollow cheek with fat grafting. Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations.
