My left side of my face sags. What can I do about this? (photo)

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear your facial issues are weighing you down. I recommend an in-person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon, as it is difficult to perform an assessment and provide recommendations based on photographs alone. The surgeon can discuss non-surgical options to help give you the restored appearance you are seeking. Filler injections alone, for example, can help turn up the corners of the mouth and give a lifted appearance to the lower face.  

You seems to have some facial asymmetry whereas your right cheek bone appears wider, lower and flatter than your left. This could account for the cheek sagging more prominently on your right than your left. Correction should be undertaken artistically not to compound the problem. I would to start propose adjusting the cheekbone discrepancies with a “liquid” approach such as Radiesse to improve the symmetry.Christian Drehsen, M.D.

No person has perfect facial symmetry.  For significant asymmetries you can try adding some filler.  I would suggest a hyaluronic acid such as Restylane or Juvederm which is reversible.

Deflation of the lip can usually be improved by using injectable hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane.  I would recommend trying this first to improve your issue.

Based on your photos, I think you are a likely candidate for non-surgical treatment with lasers and skin fillers (e.g., juvederm, Volbella). It is essential that you have an in-person consultation to develop a treatment plan that specifically addresses your personal surgical goals, and your body’s anatomy. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help refine this plan. I recommend that you find a board-certified, or board-eligible plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable.  Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (for the cheeks, chin and lips), liposuction, Rhinoplasty and SMAS facelifts and neck lifts for over 30 years.  In the past 15 years, I have performed many minimally, invasive SMAS facelifts.  From the photos your cheeks are flat in the front, there is excess fat in front of the cheeks and in the lower face.  Early signs of "jowls are present in the lower face (more so on the left side).  These factors combine to create an elongated, rectangular shaped face. 
 Following my beauty principles, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front.  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face.  Liposuction would reduce the excess fat to further shape the cheeks and face.   "Jowls” are sagging facial tissues and the main indication for some form of a SMAS facelift.  The underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must be dissected, lifted, trimmed and re-sutured (not merely folded or suspended with threads or sutures that will not last).   Excess skin is then removed and the facelift incisions closed.
