Need solution to hairline/forehead issue. (photos)

Question

I wanted to see if there is any way to address my uneven hairline which is caused by a weird cowlick / and balding spot on one side. The left part of my forehead is a lot more "normal" than my right side and is fuller with a lot of baby hairs. But my right side is weirdly shaped because of a cowlick and also a very bald spot with sparse hairs. It's been like this for as long as I can remember and I am not suffering from any hairloss. Any recommendations would be so helpful!

Many men and women have cowlicks that they do not like.  A hair transplant surgery may be able to even out the empty areas.

Uneven hairline is more common that most people think.  In fact a natural looking hairline is always irregular and that is what we try to create when we restore the hairline. At times we have to treat a hairline because it is too uneven and if the patient believes it can help her/him aesthetically.   You have a high hairline and it could be changed in addition to making it more even. I recommend to you see a hair transplant doctor to see what options you have.

You will always want to meet with your own hair transplant physician to discuss your individual needs, but in our practice we would candidate you for a hair transplant procedure. 
In our practice, we help patients who have hair line irregularities or who would like to simply lower their hairline. These patients can be experiencing genetic hair loss throughout  as well(or not). A hair transplant will not change the direction of the cowlick but it can certainly fill in and straighten the hair around it. 
I would also suggest using Rogaine, laser light therapy or even considering PRP injections. These additions may help to restore to more normal density the "baby hairs" you mentioned above.

It is difficult to evaluate the size and location of the cowlick in these pictures. If possible,  excision of the cowlick and symmetrically lowering the hairline with the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision technique that we described many years ago would provide a normal hairline position and uniform hair growth
